- Skaters who do not meet minimum enrollment requirements on or before June 1, 2008, must pay the walk-on rate for Mini-Camp sessions.
- RMU ISC Figure Skating Academy members receive a 5% discount on Summer Ice Package fees if registered on or before June 1, 2008. A la carte specialty classes are not included. Remaining balances must be paid in full no later than July 1, 2008.
- RMU ISC Figure Skating Academy members will not receive 5% discount toward ice packages purchased after June 1, 2008. All fees stated will apply to all skaters throughout the Summer Training Program.
- Skaters may purchase additional sessions within the week(s) they are registered for the additional session fee. Skaters must pay the walk-on fee for the weeks they are not registered for an ice package. This does not include registration for the specialty classes.
- All ice fees must be paid in full on a weekly basis. Any "over skates" from the previous week must be paid in full before the skater may purchase additional sessions or packages.
- Unused weekly ice package sessions and specialty classes WILL NOT be credited or carried over to additional weeks. All sessions and classes must be utilized within the registered week.
- Skaters may request switching a registered skating week to another week within the summer figure skating program. Requests must be received BEFORE the registered week has occurred and requests will be taken into consideration by the Skating Directors, changes are not guaranteed.
- No refunds, credits or make-up sessions will be given for any unused sessions or sessions canceled due to Summer Training Program Test Session or the 4th of July. Refunds will not be issued for unused sessions due to a skater's or coach's competition schedule.
- Refunds for illness or injury will not be issued for the first week off of the ice. Skaters with extended absences due to illness or injury will receive a refund when the request is accompanied by a written doctor's excuse.
- Skaters must sign in for daily freestyle and field move sessions as well as all specialty classes. Additional ice sessions or specialty classes must be purchased BEFORE going onto the ice or participating in class.
- Skaters, parents or professionals are not permitted to change or switch pre-registered weeks without the permission of the skating director.
- Skaters must pay walk-on fees BEFORE going onto the ice. Walk-on fees will not be credited toward weekly ice packages. Skaters who do not pay walk-on fees before going onto the ice will be removed from the session until appropriate fees are paid.
