Pittsburgh Piranhas
The Pittsburgh Piranhas are a competitive recreational women's hockey team offering membership to players 18 and older. Founded in 2001, they relocated their home ice in September to the Island Sports Complex and are open to new members. The team's goal is to promote a fun, supportive atmosphere for players of many different skill and experience levels. Practices are scheduled once a week and the team competes in tournaments as well as home and away games.
