The Adult Hockey Skating & Game Skills program is designed to give adult hockey players an opportunity to improve and update their hockey skating and individual skills for today's game. Whether you are a rookie who is looking to break into the game or a veteran trying to refine your skills our staff of professionals instructors will challenge you to become a better hockey player.

Each week players will participate in a (1) hour on ice session that will target skating, individual skills such as shooting, passing, stick handling, and team tactical skills such as 1 on 1, 2 on 1, 3 on 2, etc. Use of small groups and dynamic drills will further enhance the learning environment.

Skating instruction will be given by RMU Hockey Academy Director of Hockey Skating and Skating Consultant to the Pittsburgh Penguins, Marianne Watkins. Marianne is one of the most highly sought after skating coaches in North America. With over 25 years of hockey skating coaching behind her, Marianne has developed the ability to work with players from every age group and ability level.

Hockey Skills will be taught by RMU Assistant Coach, Matt Nicholson. Matt is a great teacher with an impressive hockey background as both a player and a coach. During the off season Matt spends his summers involved with hockey camps across North America working with players of all ages and ability levels.
